Angel - Pronounced Dead

In 4 different scenes, Angel is found dead - has a thorough heart exam (with stethoscope) performed by the Coroner and is declared dead.  She has suffered a poisoning, drug overdose, strangulation with rope and a stabbing in the heart.  Thorough exam with stethoscope to chest and back area - pupils checked - final death declaration.
