Desperation 7

Angel returns to the office to find that she's been locked out.  She's holding a bladder full of piss and is desperate to get to the bathroom.  She finally finds a key to get inside only to be caught by an important phone call on the bosses line - she can't get off the phone!  She's still desperate - ready to burst.  Finally, released from the call, she starts to pull her pantyhose down to pee in the wastebasket when the bosses line rings again!  Eventually the call ends - just in time for Angel to release a torrent of piss into the wastebasket
